DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. No Hosted Content
Filmy4Wap and the M3uPlus Player app do not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute any media content. The M3uPlus Player is an empty media player software tool, similar to VLC Player, designed to allow users to play media streams from their own provided sources.
2. User Responsibility
All content accessed through the M3uPlus Player is provided entirely by the end-user via their own M3U playlists, URLs, or Xtream Codes credentials. We do not endorse, promote, or encourage the streaming of copyrighted content without permission from the copyright holders.
3. DMCA Takedown Requests
Since we do not host any content on our servers, we cannot remove media streams from the internet. Any DMCA takedown requests regarding specific media streams, movies, or TV channels should be directed to the third-party server or hosting provider actually hosting the copyrighted material.
If you believe that the M3uPlus Player application itself (its code or assets) infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please provide the following information to our designated copyright agent at legal@filmy4wap.gay:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
